The Finger Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce is a private, membership-based organization with a sole focus of serving and representing its member businesses and organizations. We are centrally located with a primary office in downtown Geneva, but are one of a kind, operating on a regional level, serving members and customers throughout various counties and communities in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State.

Primary Membership Benefit

As a primary benefit of Membership, the Chamber generates awareness and provides exposure for its members by promoting the people, properties, products, and services of each. We provide public relations, marketing, and advertising programs and services to our customers that help to drive awareness for their businesses and organizations.

We work with a variety of business types and sizes located in many different counties and communities throughout the Finger Lakes region and look forward to growing our connections to work with new businesses as we get to know you and yours!

The Chamber is a private 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization.

  • It is non-government based, and is not tourism or tax- funded, allowing for the expanded operations to work independently, and promote businesses without geographic designations, boundaries, or restrictions.
  • We are a “FINGER LAKES-FRIENDLY” CHAMBER
  • We proudly work on behalf of our customers in 9 of the 14 official Finger Lakes counties! (Ontario; Seneca; Cayuga, Yates; Monroe; Schuyler; Wayne; Onondaga; Steuben; and Tompkins)
  • Chamber programs and operations are managed by a team of employees under the direction of the President, with leadership provided by a representative group of members serving as the Chamber’s Board of Directors. Our Chamber also has an incredible group of event volunteers who help with special events and membership programs that represents our Ambassador Committee.     It’s not always necessary to hire a big PR firm in a city to help you get the word out about your business ventures. We have connections throughout the region and have helped a variety of businesses and organizations in many different industries of all shapes and sizes.

    The Finger Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce offers affordable options to help you market and advertise your business. From traditional methods to customized programs with one-on-one consulting services from our professional and experienced staff, we have a team that help you with event promotions, or company happenings such as Member Milestones. We can assist with website and social media advertising. We also offer traditional networking opportunities, signage exposure, and sponsorship options at major events that we host as well.
