Qualifications

  • This position requires an individual with a positive attitude, who is a team player, and who is able to actively listen for customer financial needs in order to refer them to the appropriate bank product or bank representative
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Travel is required to surrounding branches as needed

Responsibilities

  • A Teller is responsible to create and deliver a positive customer experience while conducting financial transactions
  • A Teller must be able to adapt well to the changing workplace environment such as customer service complaints; maintain the security of customer information; prioritize items of significance; and maintain responsibility for assigned cash drawer
  • Provide quality customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions (i.e. cashing checks, handling deposits/withdrawals, etc.) with a professional attitude
  • Actively listen for potential sales opportunities to promote specific bank products and services, and refer customers accordingly
  • Conduct customer transactions with accuracy and prepare daily cash balancing within established guidelines
  • Ability to understand direction and adhere to established policies and procedures

General Description:

CBN-Finger Lakes LLC is a local Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) looking to hire a customer service administrator/office manager to be part of our growing operation! We service over 10 townships throughout the Finger Lakes with our headquarters out of Geneva, NY.

This is a great position for those who like to interact with customers, have a variety in their day-to-day, see the results of their work, and most importantly someone who takes pride in their work. Be part of a growing organization changing the telecommunications landscape by bringing affordable internet to families throughout the Finger Lakes region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide client facing reception coverage including handling phone calls and responding to sales emails
  • Greet customers and create rapport
  • Responsible closing deals and processing payments
  • Responsible for customer follow-up
  • Developing leads and referrals
  • Create personal marketing plan
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Manage customer service installation and service schedule
  • Manage all payroll including new hire pre-employment and orientation activities, assist in benefit enrollment, timekeeping system set up, and termination processing
  • Manage and process client and vendor invoices weekly
  • Manage and file all facility invoices
  • Collect and submit monthly expense reports for management team
  • Maintain and update client/employee spreadsheets
  • Assist field staff with addressing time, pay, benefit, and other needs/concerns
  • Maintain inventory for field staff
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required

Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each person’s self-sufficiency in the areas of independent living
Promotes agency mission, vision, and values.
